The COVID-19 Pandemic has changed the way we navigate our relationships with others. COVID-19 has created some unforeseen conflicts and for parents who have joint custody of their children, it can mean a battle over what are the child’s best interests and whether to vaccinate their children. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) has authorized vaccinations for children ages 5 and up,1 and while many parents are scrambling to get their children vaccinated, others hesitate.
