Stephanie A. Dietz Bio

Stephanie concentrates her practice in the area of Family Law, including divorce, custody, and adoption. She is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.Stephanie is a trained mediator in the area of family law and a member of the Northern Kentucky Collaborative Family Law Group. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. Stephanie served as Chair of the Family Law Section for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association until the end of 2008. She is a member of ABA’s Family Law Section and KBA’s Family Law Section. Stephanie also volunteers for the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers group and won their Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award in 2000.

She has written the legal updates for adoption and termination of parental rights for the West Practice Series. Stephanie has also been a speaker and author on various aspects of family law. In 2005 she was named as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 under 40 and has been named as a Cincy Leading Lawyer since 2009 until present.

Most recently Stephanie was been granted membership with the Inns of Court. She has also been a board member for the last ten years to Legal Aid of the Bluegrass and serves as Secretary to the board. Stephanie is also serving a term on the board for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

Stephanie is married to Jim, also an attorney, and they have two boys. In her spare time, Stephanie spends time with her sons at their activities and is an avid runner.
